For those that don’t know let me give you a little lesson:

HBCU = Historically Black College/University

Drumline gave people a little sneak peek (for those that had no concept of the what goes on), but it’s so much more than that movie can ever show. I wish band life was as easy as it was in that movie.

Shout out to all by band heads, especially those that know Boh or Wava. MLITB!

This pic is so accurate it hurts. Four years in an HBCU band is like hell, but so much fun all at the same time. If you don’t know about 5/6am practice then you don’t know anything. What yall know about them combat boots? Never let anyone break your ranks and it’s all about the 5th quarter! What football team? Everyone comes to see the band!
